15 years ago, Our president Mr.Xiaoqiang came to the most economically dynamic region of China- Guangdong from a remote small town in Jiangxi, who started his first job as an apprentice in rapid prototyping industry. With several years learning of computer numerical control programming, Mr Xiao fell in love with this work and was fascinated with every machine.
“There is nothing better than turning the concept into reality.” he said. Mr Xiao is extremely enthusiastic about his work and had great ambitions on the further rapid prototyping career. Then , in 2012, with the help of his friends Mr.Liulin and Mr.Huangshaoyong, he started to run a small workshop with 10 sets of CNC machines. God helps the people who help themselves, under his strive effort, his business had kept continuous development. Up to now, he becomes the leader of 2 plants with more than 150+ sets of CNC machines, and now INCO has about 190+ employees and 35 excellent engineers.
Over the years, INCO has grown to become an ISO9001:2015 certificated prototype and tooling manufacturer and is the industry leader in the high precision machining, finishing and assembly of metals, plastics and rubbers in the rapid prototyping and production area. In 2018, oversea marketing department formed, INCO began to work with global customers and invested 25 sets of CNC metal machines. In 2019, INCO has invested advanced CNC 5 axis machines and introduced engineering, inspecting and marketing talents. We strive to provide our customers with our best services and quality.
In the future, INCO will focuses on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities in the disciplines of machine technology, machine productivity, process flow, and adaptability in order to meet a broad range of customer demands.
